The property market in Bluff over the last 12 months has shown considerable improvements in the Median Sale Price.

Three bedroom properties having a median $85,000 in 2015 up to $200,000 at the end of 2019, 4 bedroom properties selling at a median of $249,000 and 5+ bedrooms selling for a median of $275,000.

Currently the median days to sell are sitting at 67.

I believe Bluff properties are considerably undervalued and certainly can offer good rental returns and is an excellent way for first home buyers to enter the market.
